Built to Stand Out!
This phrase represents a calling to live differently from what the world tells us we should be. My pastor once shared, “How will you know if buildings are supposed to be straight if they are all built leaning?” That message has stayed with me because it reminds us that we are called to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word, even when the world around us looks different.
This is where the Lord is leading me. As a teacher, He has called me to be an example—to guide, encourage, and help educate students and parents while pointing them closer to Him. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”
My prayer is that everyone who watches these videos feels inspired, encouraged, and blessed—and most importantly, that they are drawn closer to the Lord.

Welcome to Built to Stand Out! I am so excited you are here. This space is a reflection of my heart, my faith, my family, and the calling God has placed on my life.
I am a wife, a mom, a former public school teacher, and most importantly, a follower of Christ. I am married to my wonderful husband, who is from Brazil, and together we have been blessed with our sweet baby girl, Elli. Becoming a mom has deepened my desire to help guide and encourage the next generation to know how much they are loved by God and how special they are in His eyes.
For years, I have had the privilege of being a teacher and working with children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them. Teaching has always been more than a job to me—it is a way to pour into young hearts, encourage families, and make a lasting impact.
